ma'am any advise on cover-ups or tattoo removal... i have a big black tat on my shoulder... gusto ko sana cover-up/replace... sabi nung iba tat shop baka di daw kayanin dahil masyado dark... kung removal muna kaya tapos cover-up???? any customers na similar problem???
